WHAT can be returned?
Defective Goods. Goods on come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
You should return the items within 30 days of receiving your order.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items should be returned to our warehouse in Melbourne. Please contact us for the detail returning address. 

HOW do customers return items?
1. Please dismantle and pack the item in original packaging, then take some photos to show the packaging. If the original packaging is not available, please pack it into a suitable box.
2. A reply-paid label will be provided if the item is ready for return. Please attach the return label to the box.
3. Take the box to the nearest carrier depot (no need to pay for the postage at this stage).
4. After the item reaches our warehouse, we would process a refund within 1-3 working days.

SHIPPING for returns?
Buyer will be responsible for the return freight. The return freight will need to be deducted from the original order amount.

Packing materials?
As an online provider, we encourage you to retain all packaging as this will assist you in the rare case that the item needs to be returned for servicing or replacement.
